Lifetime Access Terms

These terms explain what you get with RUSH Lifetime Access and what "lifetime" means. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. RUSH Pilates is an Australian business based in Victoria.
What Lifetime Access includes
A single payment of A$49.99 (including GST where applicable), with no recurring charges, gives you ongoing access to the RUSH core product:
- personalised program generation;
- the complete core exercise library;
- guided workouts;
- equipment-aware programming;
- workout adaptation;
- progress tracking;
- program adjustments; and
- future improvements to the core product.
What "lifetime" means
"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the RUSH core product (the supported lifetime of the service). It does not mean your lifetime, and it is not a promise that RUSH will run forever.
If we ever decide to stop operating the RUSH core product, we will:
- give you at least 90 days' notice by email and in the app;
- let you export your data before the service closes; and
- refund a proportion of what you paid if the service closes within 24 months of your purchase, calculated on the months remaining in that 24-month period.
What isn't included
- Separate paid services we may offer in future, such as one-on-one coaching. These will always be clearly labelled as extra and optional.
- Third-party products, including Pilates equipment.
- Internet access, devices and app-store accounts you need to use RUSH.
Your access
Lifetime Access is personal to you, linked to your RUSH account, and can't be transferred or shared. You can use it on any supported phone, tablet or computer by signing in to your account. If you bought through Apple or Google, you can restore your purchase in the app using the same store account.
Changes to the core product
We will keep improving RUSH, so features may be updated or replaced over time. We won't take away the features listed above while we operate the core product, though how they look and work may change.
