Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the RUSH Pilates website and app ("RUSH"). By creating an account or using RUSH, you agree to them. RUSH Pilates is an Australian business based in Victoria. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Lifetime Access Terms and Safety and Exercise Disclaimer.
Who can use RUSH
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. You must give accurate information and keep your password private. Your account is for you alone.
What RUSH is
RUSH creates personalised Pilates programs, guides you through workouts and lets you adapt sessions. RUSH provides general exercise guidance only. It is not medical, physiotherapy or other health advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified instructor or healthcare professional. Before you start, read our Safety and Exercise Disclaimer.
Free session and Lifetime Access
You can complete the questionnaire, see your program and complete one session for free. To keep using your program you need RUSH Lifetime Access, a one-time payment with no recurring charges. What Lifetime Access includes is set out in the Lifetime Access Terms.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments on our website are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases in our iPhone or Android app are processed by Apple or Google and are also subject to their terms.
Using RUSH fairly
You agree not to:
- share your account or resell access to RUSH;
- copy, republish or sell RUSH content, including exercises, instructions and programs;
- try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to RUSH or other people's data;
- use RUSH in a way that breaks the law.
Our content
RUSH, including its exercise library, programs, text, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own practice.
Changes to RUSH
We keep improving RUSH, so features and content may change. We won't remove what Lifetime Access includes except as set out in the Lifetime Access Terms.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
- we provide RUSH with due care and skill, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- we are not responsible for loss or injury that results from ignoring the safety guidance, exercising against medical advice, or using faulty equipment;
- where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
